No Deposit Needed: I value your time as much as mine and trust you as a valuable client.

Rescheduling: Please notify me at least 3 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule.

​

Cancellations: Must be made 12 hours in advance.

​

No-Shows or Last-Minute Changes: A 70% charge of the service price applies. All balances must be paid before booking the next appointment. 

​

After your first no-show, last-minute cancellation, or reschedule, a 50% deposit of the service price will be required for future bookings.

​

Deposits: Non-refundable and will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the appointment.

Late Arrivals: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or only services that fit the remaining time can be provided.

​

Emergency Considerations: Emergencies happen, and I’m always understanding when they’re communicated promptly. Valid unexpected circumstances (e.g., illness, car trouble) can be considered for flexibility, especially for long-term loyal clients. I reserve the right to make exceptions.

Service Guarantee: All gel services come with a 10-day guarantee. Any fixes needed after this period will be charged.
